Business and Organization Expo. Program

The 2014 Heartland Armed Forces Day event committee encourages corporations, businesses, non-profit and community service groups to be involved in this year’s event by participating in the Business / Organization Expo.  This will be an opportunity to showcase your company or organization, its products or service(s) while supporting this year’s effort to recognize and honor the service and sacrifice of our Military and Veterans.

Each exhibitor will be allocated a 12’ x 12’ space in the area of the Zona Rosa Town Square Stage.  One 6’ banquet table and 2 chairs will be provided.  Exhibitor(s) will be responsible for their own table covering and shelter.  No electricity will be available.  Exhibitors will be able to be set up between 5 PM and 9 PM on Friday evening, and 12 Noon and 9 PM on Saturday.

Exhibitor fees:     Commercial exhibitor ................$250.

                              Non-profits....................................$100.         

                              Military/Veterans groups............$ 50.                   


Each participant will be recognized as a Platinum Sponsor and will be recognize as such unless they qualify for a higher level via the Sponsorship Program.  Sponsorship is effective for one year. The names, and logos, of supporters will be proudly displayed on the 2014 Heartland Armed Forces website, at the event area, and on the event commemorative T-shirt.  Size of image will be proportionate to level of contribution.

Please describe your exhibit noting any items you will be selling or giving way.  (All items MUST comply with local law and ordinances and Zona Rosa restriction)  Concession items CAN NOT be sold by Expo. exhibitors.
